Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Oversee the construction of high-rise apartments, with a focus on concrete structures.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure any issues are promptly addressed.
Manage and mentor on-site teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to project timelines.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
Utilize in-house resources and supplies to optimize project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
Extensive experience in residential construction, particularly high-rise apartments.
Strong knowledge of concrete structures and their specific requirements.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
Experience working in Melbourne, Victoria, with knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
