Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently hiring Production Workers for our client in Jindivick Vic, and we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filling Moulds: Fill plastic moulds with curd.
- Transferring Cheese: Move cheese from moulds to wire racks.
- Salting: Feed and stack racks of cheese through a salting system.
- Washing: Feed and stack empty moulds and racks in a washing system.
- Maturing Cheese: Manually turn cheese during ripening.
- Packing: Feed cheese into packing lines, place in cartons, and stack on pallets.
- Housekeeping: Clean to '5S' standards, including air conditioning units.
- Manual Handling: Handle 20 kg salt bags and plastic pallets.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect and rework products as needed.
Shift Flexibility:
Day Shifts: 6:00 - 14:00, 8:00 - 16:00
Afternoon Shifts: 12:00 - 20:00, 16:00 - 00:00
Monday - Saturday availability required
Greater Flexibility:
We need workers to cover both production and packing roles to provide greater flexibility in rostering.
