Responsibilities:- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of engineers and technicians.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and foster professional development.
- Engineering and Technical Oversight:
- Manage and perform hands-on engineering tasks involving tools and machinery.
- Ensure the effective operation and maintenance of conveyor systems and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with conveyor systems and machinery.
- Project and Workflow Management:
- Plan and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for conveyor systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve processes.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all engineering practices comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in an engineering role with hands-on experience using tools and machinery.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and leading engineering projects.
- In-depth knowledge of conveyor systems and related technologies.
- Skills:
