What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and updating our HSEQ Management System, ensuring it meets legal and client standards.
- Leading safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations across our projects.
- Engaging with stakeholders, from internal teams to external auditors, to maintain our high standards.
- Traveling between sites, bringing your expertise and leadership to every corner of our operations.
What You Bring
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Work, Health, Safety & Environment, and a thorough understanding of HSEQ legislative requirements.
- Experience: Proven experience in HSEQ roles, especially in the Resources, Manufacturing, or Construction industries.
- Skills: Strong communication, incident investigation, and risk management skills. Ability to mentor and lead safety initiatives across various levels.
