Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. You will work closely with office manager, sales and support teams to address customer needs promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other service-related issues.
- Assist sales team members with day to day queries and activities.
- Help troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate department.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product line and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer and IT skills.
- Previous experience with Google Suite is preferred as is working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of lighting products or the construction / electrical wholesale industry is a plus.
