The Opportunity
As the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Administrator you will work as part of the Regional HSEQ team to support, coordinate, implement and promote HSE practices, processes and systems.
With your expertise, you will manage and maintain the Safety Management System (MyOSH) and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders. Your strength lies in keeping accurate records within a timely manner and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems with ease. Using your organisational skills you will track and maintain the HSE activity planner (audits, training, equipment testing, etc) ensuring all activities are closed out successfully.
Reporting to the Regional HSEQ Manager, the position is further supported by our talented team of people including HSE Business Partners and Quality Business Partners, who will be there to support your success in the role. This role is based out of our Scoresby office in Melbourne.
You Will Bring
- Relevant HSE qualifications and/or 2+ years experience working in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Confidence in using complex computer systems, excel and MS office suite
- A passion and commitment to maintaining and improving the Health, Safety and well-being of our people
