About The Role
We have secured a variety of civil infrastructure projects in WA Pilbara region and are looking for a
Contracts Administrator to join the West Perth team. Working across the Civil project portfolio, you will be responsible for managing all cost and contractual matters. Key accountabilities include:
- Ensure project costs, revenues, claims and supplier agreements are administered.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on variation, delay, and progress claims.
- Evaluate and select subcontractor packages.
- Manage subcontractor claims and contracts.
- Draft and prepare tender documentation and responses as required.
- Report on project costs and forecasts
- Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure best possible commercial outcomes are achieved.
- Maintaining all necessary registers, contractual documentation, and templates
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Have a Certificate, Diploma, or above, in a related discipline.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
